What does a Planned Maintenance Program include?
Scheduled inspections, photo documentation in your client portal, priority response, wear-part planning, and tracking of required NFPA 80 and AAADM compliance — across every door, dock and gate you choose to enroll.
How often are visits scheduled?
We build the schedule around your equipment and risk — typically quarterly, semi-annual or annual, with higher-cycle equipment seen more often.
Do program clients get priority and after-hours response?
Emergency coverage is offered as Priority Response, added by site to any Maintain or Protect plan — so the whole location is covered, not a single door. Priority Response covers same-day response during extended hours; Critical Response adds a guaranteed 24/7 line with a 4-hour target for mission-critical sites. The entry Inspect plan is scheduled maintenance only and does not include emergency response.
Can one program cover all my locations and door types?
That's the point — one accountable partner and one portal for hangar, fire, automatic, overhead, dock, cold-storage and gate equipment across your sites.
